Do you want to ‘WORK for it’ or do you want to ‘CREATE it’? Raise your vibrations through your attitude and belief programmes.
It struck whilst I was meditating this morning that most of us, some of the time at least, get fired up with new resolve to do something to move forward in our life. There are those who are always geared up and those who never, are but generally, I think most of us fit into the middle ground of getting little bursts of inspiration and determination which spark a move forward in our life.
I know for me, I am pretty upbeat most of the time and then get an urge to do something new or different to make positive life changes, either personal or business related. So, as I lay gently cooking in the sauna this morning, I had one of those moments. I realised (not for the first time) that I need to improve my overall fitness in order to maintain my health, energy and to feel good in my everyday life. I reflected and was guided, and definitely felt full of self-discipline and plans….and then I heard myself using the words, ‘’ I am going to ‘work’ on getting fitter and a healthier body.’’
As soon as I felt the energy in those words, I had the realisation of where I have been going wrong; where many of us go wrong and fall by the wayside in our moving forward. The word, ‘work’ has such heavy connotations for many of us: work is hard; work is painful; work is a struggle; work is difficult; work is boring and you HAVE to work. As a professional mentor specialising in the ThetaHealing® technique, I have changed many sets of belief programmes within myself over the years, and I don’t hold any of those beliefs about work. But, many of us do. Even so, even for me, the thought of ‘working’ on my fitness felt tiresome.
However, the energy around ‘creating’ is far more inspiring, exciting and joyful. I want to CREATE fitness in my life and to CREATE a healthier body. And, now I’m on board! That feels fun, I’m motivated and looking forward to my plans, and the journey to reaching my goals as well as achieving the goal itself. I feel energised and lite; my vibration is remaining high and positive.
So, when you get those bursts of energy, resolve and inspiration to make a positive life change, affirm that you are going to CREATE that life change not work towards it. Have a goal, make the plan of action and step forward creating and enjoying the journey in a high vibration rather than ‘working’ toward it heavily, trudging along to the goal in the distance. Change your words and thoughts to change your vibration.
