What Can I Expect When I Arrive For a Session?

You and I will discuss the type of session you would like and what you would like to experience. Depending on the desired outcome we can combine session expereinces to build your perfect session. The session takes place on a massage table, which will be surrounded by crystals creating a grid. Crystal may also be placed on you, over the blanket and you will hold two ‘drivers’ in your hands. I will lead you into a deep meditative state and through each experience you choose. Following the session you will be able to discuss your expereince with me to gain clarity.

Why Use Crystals?

Using crystals expands our light energy. They also increase our vibrations and frequency, allowing us to be more open and aware of our vitality, well-being, and purpose on earth. The use of a crystal grid allows you as the client to go into a deeper meditative state.

Why Use Crystals Drivers?

Drivers are a stone or crystal you hold in your hands to allow you to ‘drive’ the session by ‘scrolling’ forward through an experience. You will be provided with a pair and guided how to use them.

Is This Suitable For All Ages?

This session is suitable for those aged 15 and over. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or carer.

Can I Bring a Friend?

You can bring a companion with you to be in the room with you but please be aware that absolute silence is needed for your concentration.

Can I Do This Session Online?

No. This is an in-person session only.

Can I Record the Session?

You can record the session on your phone if you choose to but please be aware that much of the time you won’t be speaking out allowed so the experience is in your mind. Some people to speak during their experience but others are silent. So, there may not be much to listen to! Many people choose to record our discussion at the end as you will then be talking about your experience.
