Everyone is talking about having a high vibration so you can attract the good things to you. It makes sense, the universe is like a mirror and reflects back at you. So, if you are happy, full of gratitude, love and feeling positive, you will have a high vibration, and you can expect the law of attraction to work in your favour. If you are feeling grumpy, angry, frustrated or generally negative, you will probably find your day is going from bad to worse.
Having a high vibration is the new way of saying you feel joyful and energised and you shine that out to others who respond accordingly. So, all in all, it’s a good thing and something worth attaining. In my work as a mentor, I find that those people who have more ‘virtuous’ qualities, generally have a consistently higher vibration. Of course, they get angry or upset sometimes, that’s just human nature, but they can experience the emotion, and let it go without holding onto grudges, resentment or feelings of revenge.
However, we all have those days when we feel in a low mood however angelic we are by nature! So, I have come up with some quick ways of raising your vibration on those days when you are finding it a little difficult. Firstly, get a little excited about something. There is always something to look forward to. Yesterday, I visited my local (well known) coffee shop and my usual was handed to me in a Christmas cup. I know its still November and ridiculously early to start thinking about tinsel, but those little paper cups brought me a fission of excitement, and joy accompanied me all the way home.
Another important factor in maintaining a high vibration is good old-fashioned rest. I have a high vibration most of the times, my work as a mentor and energy healing teacher requires it, and to be honest, I am pretty happy every day. However, I do have a busy schedule with lots of travel and the nature of my job is to serve, so I will often feel I must see a client at the last minute because they need some support in the moment. So, I have had to be disciplined with rest and down time, because if I get tired the first thing to happen is my that my vibration gets low, and then I don’t feel myself.
Obviously, another way to maintain your positivity is to have fun. Whatever you find fun is cool, but activity seek it, plan it into your diary and enjoy yourself. The more joyful you are naturally, the easier it is to have fun and find laughter in normal everyday activities, especially if you are with someone who shares your humour. I find fun in my everyday life all the time and I know it is because joy comes easily to me. Not naturally, but because I consciously work on myself, and have created a life free from stress that suits me. You know the people with whom you feel the most carefree so choose to spend time with them when you can and feel your vibration soar.
Finally, find some inspiration. Sometimes these moments catch us by surprise whilst some of us actively seek inspiration. Maybe you read an uplifting book or caught a glimpse of a flock of birds in flight across a sunrise. Some of us find profound spiritual grace in meditation or listening to music. There are so many opportunities for your mind and heart to feel wonder and awe. Seek awesome moments of connection and love as often as you can. Watch inspiring films, listen to inspiring music, find out about inspiring people. Lift your spirits and your vibration will raise too.
When you have a higher vibration then you will find it easier to notice and attract good things into your life. Your positive energy will mean you interact rather than react to people; your days will be happier, and opportunities will begin to open. In short, you will find manifesting becomes a lot easier.
Enjoy today and fill it with fun, inspiration, excitement and get some rest, knowing your vibration is in safe hands!
I love you, humanity,
