The introductory module will give you access to your own Becoming Love Self-love journal which will be your blueprint for the course and a journal of your personal experiences whilst on the course. It will be your guide after the course so you can continue to grow and maintain a life lived in self-love.

It is a concept that I createda a name for when working with so many clients who were finding it hard to live with this comfortable balance. Living self-fully, you will find you can balance your needs, wishes and desires with those of others, so that you feel energised on a daily basis. You will be able to say, ‘No’, without guilt and to support others without feeling resentment. You work at your pace, but most people aim for about 6 – 9 months. A module is released weekly so it gives you time to work through the exercises before you start on the next set. It is expected that you will complete the course within 12 months.
